3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on our own servers with an internet service provider. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and time of the server request are stored in server log files (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
This data is not merged with other data sources.
4. Contact via e-mail or WhatsApp
If you contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp, your enquiry including all personal data arising from it (name, contact details, request) is stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. Disclosure only takes place with your consent.
The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR if the request relates to the fulfilment of a contract, otherwise on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
5. Registration and OAuth
Using the Service requires registration via login.fanmall.de. Access is established via secure OAuth connections to your creator account (e.g. Fanvue).
We do not receive passwords, only the access tokens required for operation and basic profile information (name, handle). These data are used exclusively to provide the Service.
6. AI data processing
To provide the Service, chat histories or fan messages, reference images uploaded by the user, and voice/audio data (for voice notes and call minutes) are processed. The processing is carried out to provide the Service (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).
The AI services (speech, text and image models) are used in accordance with the respective data processing/consent rules of the providers. Deletion periods (e.g. 48h retention of signatures) are implemented technically.
7. Your rights
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information at any time about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to rectification, deletion and data portability.
Consents can be revoked at any time. In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Currency
This Privacy Policy is currently valid and has the status of August 2026. It may become necessary to amend this policy due to further development of our website and offers or due to changed legal requirements.
